1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using A2G's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
A2G provides app development services, including the creation of interactive prototypes and full application development. Our prototype service is provided free of charge as part of our evaluation process.
3. Prototype Terms
The free prototype is provided for evaluation purposes only. Ownership of the prototype and any full application developed remains with A2G until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights transfer to the client.
4. Payment
Full development services require a 50% deposit to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any necessary assets. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
A2G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all project information as confidential and will not disclose your project details to third parties without your consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
